Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. This applies to domestic orders only.

3. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at support@shopfemthings.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.
6. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update it if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
