How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, simply send an email to support@shopfemthings.com or fill out the form on our website, and we’ll process your request with no cancellation fees.
Will I lose access to exclusive products if I cancel my membership?
Yes, canceling your membership means you’ll no longer have access to our exclusive products, 50% off every item on the website or receive $20 gift card codes to your account.
How long does it take to process my membership cancellation?
Your membership cancellation will be processed on the same day as your request, and you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's done.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
For most international orders, shipping takes 7-10 business days. For items shipped from the U.S., like many of our jewelry products, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we'll notify you when it has been shipped.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately due to inventory availability. Rest assured, any remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
What if my order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your email for tracking information. If you still have concerns, email us at support@shopfemthings.com, and we’ll help track it down.

Discounts cannot be combined. However, your membership already gives you an incredible 50% off on all items!

Do you offer free returns?
